Edinburgh Printmakers is one of the leading publishers of prints by contemporary artists working in Scotland and beyond. Artists, with or without previous printmaking experience are invited into the studio to work with one of our master printers on the production of a limited edition print.

These finished prints are then displayed and sold in the gallery. Unlike commercial art galleries, profits do not go to a private art dealer. When a customer buys a print made at Edinburgh Printmakers, all monies from that sale go directly to the artist and / or the studio. This helps to sustain artists' careers and enables Edinburgh Printmakers to continue to maintain and develop the highest quality print studio facilities at affordable prices.

We also collaborate with other other galleries and dealers to produce editions and folios of prints.
