Line up in order of appearance

Malcy Duff
Using books, reading images from comix and drawings, playing drawing tools and interacting with blown up pages. Duff will create an alternative reading of his work through performance, using new images and composed sounds, exclusively created for this night. Duff has previously performed readings of his work in Edinburgh, New York, Boston MA, and Providence RI. His continual work in collaboration with musician Ali Robertson in the band Usurper, has made him one of the key practitioners of improvised music in Scotland. This performance will highlight the connection in his work as a visual artist, and musician.

El Search
El Search have been carrying the flickering torch of the Dundee improv noise scene since the 1980's, where it's pedigree graced the boards and recordings with such luminaries as Boo Hoohray, Novus, Flux, Alien Culture, Noisome, Luna Research, The Noise Boys, Ditchfucker and The Gerils. The El Search rare performance is on the margin of the margins; improvised sound squeezed from broken or altered instruments, an energy eruption of gnarled noise and visuals.

Nob
Belligerent guitar-driven electro-mesmer for the dissolute from Norman Shaw and Dave Paton. Visual transgressions by Sacha Kahir.

Lee O’Connor
Songs about “One young mans imaginings after the event of killing a fawn. His delusional mind finds the forgiveness from the fawn's father, beginning his process of restitution and a story of a cowering Bonnie Prince Charlie hidden from the red coats in the carcass of a stag”.

The District Nurse
The District Nurse will be scaring the birds in the audience with his battery operated palindrome performance of Mega Stress. Performance includes contemplative agri-culture video projections.

The Frankensteins
Tommy Crooks ex Fall guitarist has brought together a group of hand picked musicians for a one off special performance that will include a few Fall songs. An unusual and controversial film will accompany this performance. The Frankensteins are Hanah Knight (Harp and Vocals) Tommy Crooks (Guitar and Vocals) Steve Hanley (Bass) Sandy Guy (Keyboards and Vocals) Norman Shaw (Guitar and Vocals) Paul Hanley Jr (Drums).
